Endeavors is hosting its second annual golf tournament benefitting the General Alfred K. Flowers Scholarship. In our continued efforts to support the communities we serve, Endeavors has established the Major General Alfred K. Flowers Endowed Scholarship pledging $25,000 to the Fayetteville State University Foundation Inc. in Fayetteville, North Carolina, and $25,000 to Texas Southern University in Houston, Texas. These endowments will benefit Black and/or African-American undergraduate students committed to pursuing a degree in Human Services or Social Work. Students pursuing these types of degrees will later dedicate their time to serving our communities.
