Assistant Clinic Director (San Antonio, TX)

The Assistant Director (AD) is a combined clinical and administrative position that reports directly to the Clinic Director and is involved with all aspects of clinic operations. The AD will work closely with the Clinic Director to oversee clinic operations, manage budget, and provide clinic support as needed. The AD will work across all business lines and will serve in the absence of the Clinic Director. The AD provides direct client care by conducting assessments to clarify diagnosis and providing therapeutic services to Post-9/11 Veterans, Active Duty Service Members, Reservists, National Guard, and their family members. The AD provides oversight of all clinical staff, co-leading group clinical supervision, individual oversight of use of EBPs and compliance within the electronic health record, oversees management of clinic policies and procedures including training, and communicates with CVN regarding electronic health record improvements and implementation. The AD will be the direct supervisor of the Supervising Clinicians and Clinical Support Coordinator. The AD will be a key player in program evaluation, review of data reports, and developing process improvement initiatives.
