COMMERCIAL GROUNDS MAINTENANCE & CUSTODIAL SERVICES

Diana brings over 20 years of Business and Customer Relations experience to Endeavors Unlimited. With the company for over seven years, Diana has helped to implement many improvements to the structure of the organization and currently provides administrative support, training, and leadership throughout Endeavors Unlimited, including markets located in San Antonio, Houston, Ft. Worth, El Paso and the Del Rio area. This experience has given her a deep appreciation for how nonprofits seek to improve the quality of life for its employees with disabilities.

James serves in a hybrid position as the Business Development Manager and Regional Manager for Endeavors Unlimited. He manages operational responsibilities for his region and is responsible for identifying new growth opportunities for Endeavors Unlimited programs, including job supportive services, direct employment, and hiring adults that have a medically diagnosed disability. James collaborates with Endeavors Unlimited leadership to create strategies for growth, and continuously works towards developing new business relationships with key stakeholders.  

With almost 30 years prior experience, his background consists of owning and operating a successful commercial landscape and maintenance company. He built this company from the ground up and grew it into a multi-million-dollar company, which operated in multiple locations across numerous state lines. He is a certified Master Technician from the Ohio Green Industry Association, and received a certificate of Paralegal Studies from ITT Tech.  

In his free time, James enjoys bass fishing, and has dreams of becoming a Professional Bass Angler on tour full time, in the future. He is a strong advocate for Endeavors Unlimited, and has a passion for serving vulnerable populations and individuals with disabilities, and continuously seeks out opportunities to strengthen the program. 

Stephanie works directly with Endeavors Unlimited as a Area Custodial Supervisor for San Antonio. She provides job opportunities and support for adults with disabilities, and on-site training to assist staff with their experience and development within the custodial field. Stephanie has over 15 years of experience in custodial and janitorial services and holds a degree in hotel and restaurant management.

Tyrone services the Dallas & Fort Worth areas as Contract Manager, overseeing landscaping and custodial services for Endeavors Unlimited. He has over 30 years of related experience. He oversees training, scheduling and the day-to-day operations of the staff in his region. Tyrone began his journey with Endeavors Unlimited in a different role and was promoted to his current managerial position.  

Tyrone completed his education at the University of Wisconsin Parkside. It is his desire to continue to be the best manager that he can be and expand the services provided by Endeavors Unlimited. 

Van serves as the Area Manager in Houston for Endeavors Unlimited. Her daily operations consist of overseeing the custodial and landscaping projects, as well as assisting the Business Develop Manager with larger projects. Van has worked on the Endeavors Unlimited for over 5 years. She received her Associates degree for general Business Administration. One of her passions is to provide individuals with disabilities a job to assist in providing a sustainable life for themselves. She was born in Vietnam and raised in Houston. She is the only deaf person in her family and learned ASL as her first language. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and two dogs.
