The Cochise County Health & Wellness Center provides free wellness and behavioral health services for veterans, first responders, caregivers, and their families living or working in Cochise County.

Whether you're looking for support for your mental health, physical wellness, finances, or family relationships, our team is here to help. Our services are designed to strengthen the whole person and make wellness accessible to those who dedicate their lives to serving others.

Confidential, high-quality individual and family counseling with licensed clinicians.

Personalized guidance from a certified Health Coach to help you create healthy habits, reach wellness goals, and improve your overall quality of life.

Fitness Coaching & Gym Access

Take time to recharge with wellness tools designed to support relaxation and recovery, including:

All services are provided at no cost to eligible participants.

Notice for CBP Employees

If you are a CBP Employee seeking to receive services at the Cochise County (Sierra Vista) location, please enroll through the CBP Workforce Wellness Program site. Services will be available to you at both the Tucson and Sierra Vista locations.

Eligibility Documentation Required:

  • First Responders – Work/Agency ID
  • Veterans – Military ID or DD-214
  • Spouse/Partner/Caregiver – Government-issued photo ID
