At Endeavors Health & Wellness Centers, we know wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s personal. That’s why we created a space where veterans, first responders, families, and neighbors can find everything they need to move better, feel better, and live healthier lives—all under one roof.

What began as a center in San Antonio to help veterans heal from mental, physical, and emotional challenges has grown into a multi-location wellness mission for entire communities. We opened our San Antonio center on Veteran’s Day in 2021, and expanded to El Paso in 2025. Today, our centers still prioritize veterans, first responders, and their families, while welcoming the wider community to work out, connect, and build sustainable wellness habits that support life at home and at work.
