Amanda Maehara

Amanda is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over twelve years of clinical counseling experience. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and an M.A. in Counseling Psychology with a Mental Health Counseling track. Amanda began her career working with children, parents, and couples in West Oʻahu, addressing complex trauma, postpartum depression, poverty, substance abuse, and relationship challenges. With additional experience helping military families navigate deployments, moves, and transitions to civilian life, she uses evidence-based practices to empower clients to create meaningful change and reach their personal goals.
