Amanda Marquez
Intake Coordinator/Case Manager
Amanda began her journey with the Cohen Clinic at Endeavors as a Baylor University Clinical Master of Social Work intern in September 2025. She was hired as an Intake Coordinator/Case Manager in January 2026, where she conducts initial assessments to identify mental health needs, care requirements, and appropriate program services for active‑duty service members, veterans, and their families.
Originally from El Paso, Texas, Amanda earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in Rhetoric and Writing Studies from the University of Texas at El Paso in December 2021. Shortly after graduating, she worked directly with domestic violence survivors and their children in a transitional living center, while also volunteering with local agencies to assist individuals affected by abuse. She then spent three years in targeted case management, helping children and adolescents develop coping skills to manage behavioral health diagnoses and served as a point of contact for crisis intervention before transitioning into her current role at the Cohen Clinic.
Amanda graduated from Baylor University with her Master of Social Work in December 2025. She plans to pursue her LCSW and hopes to one day practice as a clinician at the Cohen Clinic at Endeavors.
In her free time, Amanda enjoys spending time with loved ones, traveling, and attending concerts.
