Hi, I'm Ebony Barkley-Jordan! I'm an administrative and operations professional with over 15 years of experience in records management, data administration, financial operations, and customer service. Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to build medical records departments from the ground up, improve workflows, and support organizations in the legal, healthcare, nonprofit, government, and aerospace industries. I enjoy solving problems, creating efficient processes, and helping teams succeed through organization, accuracy, and collaboration. I earned an Associate of Occupational Studies in Forensic Science from the International Career Development Center and am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Investigative Forensics with a minor in Biochemistry at the University of Maryland. I take pride in providing exceptional service, embracing continuous learning, and building positive relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
