Gabriela Lasoya (LPC)

Gabriela (Gabi) Gipp is a Licensed Professional Mental Health Counselor (LPC) and clinician for The Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic at Endeavors, San Antonio.

Gabriela holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) as well as a Master of Science degree for Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

Gabriela started in the mental health field in 2020 by volunteering with the Children’s Bereavement Center and completing her internship with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). Gabriela was inspired to work with military members because of her family’s long history of military service, and especially due to her father’s service in Vietnam. She is passionate about helping active-duty service members, veterans, and their families learn more about PTSD and reducing stigma around mental health.

In her free time, she likes to read, care for animals, and spend time with those closest to her. She also likes to donate to local charities such as the Food Bank, clothing drives, and animal assistance organizations.
