Jen Hoag Wydler, LCSW-S, LCDC is a Licensed Clinical Social Work Supervisor and has been a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor within and outside the military setting. She retired from the Air Force after 20 years of service. Throughout her career, she moved to 8 installations and deployed 3 times. Prior to her own career, she moved with her family to 5 different installations. Many members in her family served in the military including her spouse. Jen works at The Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic at Endeavors in San Antonio which provides trauma therapy through evidence-based therapy protocols for active-duty military, veterans, and their family members. Her focus is providing evidence-based trauma therapy and working with couples. She is trained in cognitive behavior therapies, motivational interviewing, emotion focused therapy, cognitive processing therapy, prolonged exposure therapy, and written exposure therapy. She is also committed to growing the field of clinical social work and helping clinicians to excel.
