Kenneth Parker

Kenneth (Ken) Parker is a Clinician for the Stephen A. Cohen Military Family Clinic at Endeavors, San Antonio. Ken in a Licensed Professional Counselor who served 20 years in the military with the United States Navy. After retiring, he obtained a master's degree in counseling. Before coming to the Cohen Clinic at Endeavors, Ken worked with adolescents at the Moore Youth and Family Service Center and four years in Residential Substance Abuse at Starlite Recovery Center.

As a veteran, Ken has a unique background in working with military members and their families. Some of his areas of focus are anger management, depression, anxiety, and self-esteem.  Ken provides individual therapy to adolescents and adults, as well as couples and group therapy. Ken is trained to provide services through CBT, SFBT, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Ken believes in holistic well-being. He has incorporated this philosophy through meditation, music (karaoke), and a newfound love of hiking.
