Tom Moran

Tom Moran is the Clinic Community Liaison for The Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic at Endeavors, El Paso. In this role, he strengthens community partnerships, expands awareness of clinic services, and supports collaborative engagement with veteran-serving organizations throughout the region.

Tom is a United States Marine Corps combat veteran who completed three combat tours with the Marine Corps’ most decorated infantry battalion and was wounded twice in combat, earning the Purple Heart with Gold Star. His firsthand experience with injury, recovery, and reintegration informs a trauma-informed approach to outreach, advocacy, and meaningful engagement with veterans and their families.

Following his military service, Tom has dedicated over a decade to veteran social services in both frontline and leadership roles. He has managed multiple veteran-focused programs, led multidisciplinary teams, and partnered with local, state, and federal stakeholders to improve access to behavioral health care, housing stability, and supportive services.

Tom is currently completing his Master of Social Work degree. He is committed to service-driven leadership grounded in dignity, accountability, and respect. Outside of work, he is a devoted father who enjoys traveling both domestically and internationally with his son, embracing opportunities to learn, explore, and build lasting memories together.
