Hurricane Helene Recovery provides support to individuals and families impacted by Hurricanes Helene in Florida and North Carolina. The program offers personalized case management to help survivors navigate available resources, connect to support services, and work toward long-term recovery and stability.

We serve individuals and families affected by the hurricanes who need support recovering from disaster-related damage or disruption.

Where We Serve

This program is available to residents in the following Florida counties: Alachua, Baker, Bradford, Charlotte, Citrus, Clay, Columbia, Desoto, Dixie, Duval, Flagler, Franklin, Gilchrist, Gulf, Hamilton, Hernando, Jefferson, Lafayette, Lee, Leon, Levy, Madison, Manatee, Marion, Pasco, Pinellas, Putnam, St. Johns, Sumter, Suwannee, Taylor, Union, and Wakulla

This program is available to residents in the following North Carolina counties: Avery, Buncombe, Haywood, Madison, McDowell, Mitchell, Rutherford

Services Offered

All services are 100% free to eligible individuals and families. Services are tailored to each household’s recovery needs and may include:

  • One-on-one disaster case management
  • Help navigating FEMA and disaster assistance programs
  • Support connecting to housing, financial, and community resources
  • Assistance developing a personalized recovery plan
  • Guidance through the recovery process from start to finish

Services focus on helping survivors access available resources and move toward long-term recovery.
