Endeavors Unlimited creates meaningful employment opportunities and provides individualized training and ongoing support for individuals with disabilities and others facing substantial obstacles to finding, obtaining, and maintaining employment by hiring, training, and supporting them with continuous on-the-job coaching to build successful careers in Grounds Maintenance, Custodial, and Front Desk Management.

Who We Serve: Individuals with disabilities and individuals facing other substantial obstacles to employment, including but not limited to individuals experiencing homelessness, survivors of domestic violence, veterans, and justice-involved individuals

Enrollment

Must be of legal working age in Texas
Must have a documented disability or other substantial obstacle to employment
Must reside in or be able to reliably commute to a market served by Endeavors Unlimited
Must be able to perform the essential functions of the contract role with or without reasonable accommodation
Must successfully complete contract-required pre-employment screenings (which vary by contract and customer)
Justice-involved individuals may be eligible for employment depending on contract availability and the nature of the offense. Eligibility for those positions is determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with each contract's requirements.
