Family Housing: Fairweather Family Lodge
The Fairweather Family Lodge is a permanent supportive housing program designed to support women and their children by providing a safe, stable home along with personalized services that help families heal, grow, and build a more secure future.
Endeavors helps Fairweather Family Lodge residents beat the cycle of housing instability through services that strengthen daily living skills, support mental and emotional well-being, and increase opportunities for independence and financial stability.

Services Offered

Families residing at the Fairweather Family Lodge can receive:
- Long-term housing at our safe, secure location
- Case management to help navigate housing, healthcare, and community resources
- Professional counseling and support with emotional wellness and symptom management
- Life skills training, including parenting support, money management, communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving
- Help with education needs for school-age children
- Individualized assessments to ensure services are tailored to individual goals and circumstances
