DFPS Home Study & Report Services

The DFPS Home Study & Report Services program provides personalized support to children in reunifying with their family or caregiver. Each child is paired with a dedicated case manager who helps them adjust to their new home and community. This includes assistance with enrolling in school, connecting to local resources, and ensuring their safety throughout the process. Services are available in multiple languages.

Where We Serve: DFPS Regions 7,10, and 11, and Region 8 through SSCC partnership.
Who We Serve: Adoptive and foster families, relatives, close family friends, and prospective caregviers, Services provided in coordination with courts and referring agencies, Services are provided only through referrals authorized by DFPS or an approved contractor. Self-referrals are not accepted

DFPS Home Study Report Services are provided by referral only. Endeavors does not accept walk‑in or self‑initiated requests for this service. Referrals must be made through a court, attorney, or approved agency partner. Availability and requirements may apply.
