Houston Supportive Services Program

The Houston Supportive Services Program supports individuals and families currently experiencing homelessness by helping them find and move into stable housing. Services focus on outreach, housing search support, and ongoing case management to help participants achieve long-term stability.

Where & Who We Serve

  • Where We Serve: Services are available across the Greater Houston, Texas area, including Harris, Montgomery, and Fort Bend counties

  • Who We Serve: We serve individuals and families who are currently experiencing homelessness and need support finding and maintaining housing

Services Offered

Services may include:

  • Outreach and engagement with individuals experiencing homelessness
  • Help finding and securing housing
  • Support working with landlords and completing applications
  • Ongoing case management and regular check-ins
  • Referrals to healthcare, food, and other community resources
How to Enroll

This program is accessed through the local homeless response system. Individuals cannot apply directly. To get started, call 2-1-1 or connect with a local shelter or outreach provider to complete a housing assessment and be referred to available programs.

At Endeavors, we serve our community with compassion and work to connect people with available resources and support. We will work tirelessly to find you the resources you need to recover, but please understand that eligibility depends on funder requirements which will ultimately impact whether we can obtain the assistance you need.
