Individual Housing: Fairweather Lodge

Fairweather Lodge provides stable housing and ongoing support for adults with mental health conditions who are at risk of homelessness. Residents live together in a shared home environment and receive support to build independence, improve well-being, and maintain long-term housing stability. The program focuses on helping individuals live successfully in a supportive community setting.

Who We Serve: We serve adults with serious mental health conditions who are at risk of homelessness and can live in a shared community setting.

Services Offered

Residents receive support in a shared housing environment, including:

A private bedroom in a shared home setting
One-on-one case management and ongoing support
Life skills training (such as cooking, budgeting, and daily routines)
Support with employment, education, or volunteer opportunities
Help accessing healthcare and mental health services
Transportation and community resource support
Social activities and opportunities to build connections

How to Enroll

Individuals can be referred through community partners or contact the program directly to request a screening. Program staff will complete an intake process to determine eligibility and program fit. If space is not available, eligible individuals may be placed on a waitlist.

We will work tirelessly to find you the resources you need to recover, but please understand that eligibility depends on funder requirements which will ultimately impact whether we can obtain the assistance you need.
