Transition Support Program
The transition from military to civilian life can be one of the most vulnerable periods a service member experiences. The first months after separation often bring isolation, loss of structure, and uncertainty—factors that can increase suicide risk. Endeavors’ Transition Support Program (TSP) provides proactive support during this critical time, helping veterans stay connected, supported, and engaged as they begin their next chapter.
Available to veterans virtually (all you need is a phone or computer with video calling access!), the Transition Support Program removes barriers such as distance and isolation.
Veterans receive regular check-ins, suicide risk screenings, and connections to essential resources, including mental health care, VA benefits, housing, employment, and counseling, and the option to be paired with a trained mentor.
