Endeavors’ Homeless Veteran Reintegration Program (HVRP) provides vital one-on-one Case Management services designed to restore dignity to unhoused Veterans. The process begins with comprehensive assessments to understand each Veteran’s unique needs, goals, and challenges, followed by the creation of personalized action plans.

Case Managers assist Veterans in locating and securing permanent housing, guiding them through applications, lease agreements, and move-in procedures. They also help identify job opportunities, prepare resumes, and practice interview skills to enhance employability. In addition, Veterans are connected with vocational training programs, workshops, or educational resources that align with their career aspirations.
