First responders and veterans face unique physical and emotional pressures that can have long-term effects on behavioral health, relationships, and overall quality of life.
The Texas Wellness Demonstration Program, based at the Endeavors Health & Wellness Center in El Paso, provides comprehensive, no-cost wellness and behavioral health services designed specifically for:

- Veterans
- Family Members
- Caregivers
Our goal is simple: We want you to feel your best mentally, physically, and spiritually – however that looks for you – at work and at home.
Program Offerings
The program offers services designed to support participants’ physical, emotional, and behavioral health with services such as:
- Health & Wellness Services

- Clinical & Behavioral Health Support

Our goal in 2026? Serve 2,000 individuals through more than 10,000 services.






This program is part of a statewide effort gathering critical data to improve long-term support for Texas’ more than 150,000 first responders. The insights collected here in El Paso will help shape future funding and policy for years to come.

You can access fitness and wellness services, case management, clinical support, stress reduction programs, family services, and community events.

The project is gathering data to evaluate what services best reduce suicide risk and improve quality of life. Your experience helps build a long-term, statewide model — and strengthens advocacy for future funding in the 2027 Texas Legislative Session.
