In the wake of the July 4th Texas Hill Country Floods, Endeavors is opening a new office in Kerrville, Texas to offer free mental health and recovery services to community members impacted by the disaster.

For over 55 years, our faith-driven mission to love and serve those in need has called us to action. That mission began right here in the heart of Texas.

Since stepping into Hill Country communities in 2012, we've remained committed to showing up—for our community, for every client, every time, everywhere we serve.

Care is confidential. Services are free. Help is nearby.


Our Services

Hill Country community members, including first responders and law enforcement, can access FREE:

  • Mental Health CounselingConfidential therapy with a licensed clinician to address mental health concerns. Therapies include, but not limited to:
    • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
    • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
    • Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
  • Medication ManagementEvaluation and management of psychiatric medications by a board-certified psychiatrist or nurse practitioner. Medication Management is available to referred youth 10 years+.
  • Relaxation & Wellness RoomsExperience calming spaces designed for relaxation, mindfulness, and recovery—featuring trauma-informed tools that help ease anxiety, improve sleep, and restore balance.
  • Case ManagementResources, referrals, and care coordination for stress, grief, and crisis response from experienced case managers.
  • Community EducationWorkshops and resources to build knowledge, skills, and connections for individuals and families.

Mobile Support Vehicle

The Endeavors Mobile Support Vehicle will also operate out of this office quarterly to provide outreach services to remote communities in the Hill Country.

Who is Endeavors?

When will Endeavors be available to offer help?

Endeavors will begin serving the Hill Country community on October 1, 2025. Services will be available Monday-Friday and can be accessed by appointment or by walking in.
