Endeavors Names Jon Allman as President & CEO

(SAN ANTONIO, TX) – Endeavors is pleased to announce the appointment of Jon Allman as President & CEO. Jon was selected by the Endeavors Board of Directors after an extensive search.
“We’re fortunate to gain a leader with Jon’s experience, talent, and vision,” said Danny Hernandez, Director of Human Resources and Facilities. “The Board and the Executive Leadership Team are confident that Jon will lead Endeavors into the future, building better partnerships, transforming the communities we serve, and adding value to the lives of our employees by continuously improving our company culture.”
Mr. Allman graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arkansas in 1987. There, he completed the Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corps program. During his 20-year career, Jon flew combat missions while leading the only dedicated aeromedical evacuation squadron in Europe, as Director of Operations. In October 2000, he piloted the MacKay Trophy award-winning mission to Aden Yemen, rescuing critically wounded survivors from the terrorist attack on the USS Cole.
Mr. Allman holds a Master of Arts from Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri. He brings decades of experience to the company and has a proven record of taking companies to the next level. Since retiring from military service, Allman founded the Skyward Media Group – a digital marketing agency.
Jon Allman’s appointment is a clear reflection of the company’s current state – ready to take on the future. Allman has served on Endeavors’ Board of Directors as Chairman since 2016. He is a lifetime member of the Disabled American Veterans, and Veterans of Foreign Wars Associations, and is an elder at Oak Hills Church. He is a lifetime member of the Disabled American Veterans and Veterans of Foreign Wars Associations. He and his wife Tara have two grown children.
