Texas Hill Country Flooding Recovery Efforts

If you or your loved ones were impacted by the July 4th Texas Hill Country Floods (DR-4879), we’re here with support that meets you where you are. The Texas Disaster Case Management Program (DCMP) provides free, personalized support to help survivors move forward after a disaster.

Disaster Case Management is different from general disaster recovery services. Rather than one-time assistance or referrals, survivors are paired with a dedicated case manager who serves as a single point of contact throughout the recovery process. Your case manager works with you to assess disaster-related unmet needs, create a recovery plan, and connect you to available resources. They also monitor progress, advocate on your behalf when needed, and help address long-term needs that may be financial, physical, emotional, or spiritual. These services remain available even after other disaster assistance programs have ended.

For over 55 years, Endeavors’ faith-driven mission to love and serve those in need has called us to action. That mission began right here in the heart of Texas. Since stepping into Hill Country communities in 2012, we’ve remained committed to showing up—for our community, for every client, every time, everywhere we serve.

What We Provide

Our case managers can help connect you to:

  • One-on-one help to understand your needs and make a recovery plan
  • Help with FEMA appeals, insurance claims, SBA (Small Business Administration) applications, and other disaster recovery assistance

  • Connections to temporary housing and home repair help
  • Help with food, utilities, transportation, and money planning
  • Referrals to medical care, counseling, legal help, and job support
