As we move away from the holiday season, it’s time to look to the future and think about the positive change we want to make in our lives in 2021.

At Endeavors, we’re dedicated to helping people in need recover and rebuild after experiencing crises of many kinds. With offices in Texas, North Carolina, Florida, and Puerto Rico, our teams have the expertise, resources, and compassion to help you build the life you deserve.

1. Repeat After Us: “I Deserve A Safe And Stable Place To Live.”
You do! Everyone does! That’s why Endeavors founded our Homeless Prevention and Support programs in Texas and North Carolina. Our programs provide secure and supportive housing for qualifying Veterans, single mothers with mental illness, and individuals with disabilities. But it’s more than a roof and a bed. Residents receive individualized assistance developing a housing stability plan that helps them build a safe, stable, and self-sufficient life through services like skills workshops, education, job training, child care assistance, financial counseling, and mental health care.
2. Go After The Rewarding Career You’ve Always Wanted
For many people with disabilities, finding and holding a job can be a daunting task. And, unfortunately, some employers won’t hire a qualified candidate because they can’t see beyond the disability. But we’re here to tell you: You are valuable. In fact, people with disabilities often possess qualities that make them uniquely strong assets to the workforce. Through our Endeavors Unlimited program, we provide housing, life skills training, and supportive employment opportunities for adults with disabilities. private, We partner with commercial and governmental agencies to create sustainable employment opportunities to help them lead stable and self-sufficient lives.
3. Hit By A Hurricane? Get On The Road To Recovery
Hurricane after hurricane hit the east and gulf coasts this year, crippling communities and leaving survivors unsure where to turn. With over a decade of experience helping people recover from natural disasters, we know how important it is to start the recovery process as quickly as possible. If your roof is leaking, house was destroyed, appliances were damaged, or you lost your job due to a natural disaster, don’t wait to find help. Endeavors is currently serving clients affected by Hurricane Harvey in Texas, Hurricane Florence in North Carolina, and Tropical Storm Imelda in the Rio Grande Valley of Texas. And although we are no longer providing active disaster case management for Hurricane Irma or Maria, we have maintained offices in Florida and Puerto Rico to provide referrals for people in need.

To further our mission of helping people with disabilities find gainful employment, Endeavors Unlimited hires employees with disabilities to offer high-quality sanitation and custodial services to private and public businesses and organizations. Our Texas-based trained and diligent professionals can ensure your workplace is clean and safe for your team with General Cleaning, Covid-19 Prevention Sanitation, and Carpet Extraction services. Whether you need emergency help or are living with long-term traumatic effects, our team of compassionate and dedicated specialists respond to your emotional, physical, psychological needs to help stabilize your life. Our team can develop a plan to restore your safety and security, and our criminal justice specialists will help you advocate for yourself and navigate the criminal justice system. We are with you every step of the way, and together, we’ll get you through the dark times to a safer, stronger future.
