Paris Jones

Paris comes to Endeavors following an eight-year tenure with PATH, a Seattle-based nonprofit focused on global health. During Paris’s time at PATH, she advanced from enterprise-level subaward and contractual management to operational and financial oversight for a flagship program within the Digital Health Program. Most recently, Paris served as the Director of Operations for Digital Square, a digital health financing mechanism housed at PATH. Throughout Paris’s time with Digital Square at PATH, she led and mentored a cross-functional operations team supporting 35 countries, guiding the development of organizational infrastructure and transitioning policies and procedures to support consistent global operations.

Before joining PATH, Paris served as the Assistant Director of Development at Jesuit Refugee Service/USA (JRS/USA), where she created internal proposal and reporting structures, monitored and evaluated the implementation of projects in over 10 countries, and developed annual fundraising strategies.

Paris lives in the Seattle, Washington area and enjoys crafting with her two children (9 and 11), gardening, and learning to play the cello.
