Lead Trainer (Pecos, TX)

JOB PURPOSE:
This position’s primary purpose is to ensure the training department’s training material, content, and delivery are presented in the highest quality to meet the vision of the Pecos Children Center (PCC) to provide the highest quality service. In addition to quality assurance, the Lead Trainer will oversee trainees and evaluate their presentation capacity and deliver coaching and support to improve their overall presentation engagement and understanding.
