Youth Care Worker Unit Lead (Pecos, TX)

JOB PURPOSE:
The Unit Lead supervises youth care workers assigned to his/her dorm as well as the unaccompanied minors assigned. Their primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and well-being of all staff members and children. Using reasonable actions to ensure the safety and well-being of each staff member and child while effectively communicating facility and programmatic behavioral expectations and limitations to staff and maintain compliance with agency policies and procedures and established state and federal standards and requirements.
