Dekethia Thibodeaux

Dekethia L Thibodeaux is the Program Coordinator of Operations for the Louisiana Disaster Recovery team at Endeavors. Dekethia began her career in Social Services over 25 years ago providing mental health services to adults and children. When Hurricane Katrina struck the Gulf Coast in 2005, Dekethia was part of the first Disaster Case Management team to respond to a natural disaster. Over the course of the years, Dekethia has worked disasters in Alabama, Mississippi, Texas, and her home state, Louisiana. This is Dekethia’s fourth disaster with Endeavors. Dekethia holds Bachelors degrees in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Mobile, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Capella University.
