Elique Guerra

Elique has over 15 years of operations, management, and organizational leadership experience. Driven by his passion to serve vulnerable people in need, he has led the Endeavors Unlimited program since 2019. Under his direction, Endeavors Unlimited has expanded their services to not only include direct employment of individuals with disabilities, but also job supportive services to assist vulnerable people in need to prepare, search, attain, and maintain employment. Elique holds a CAPM credential from the Project Management Institute, and has extensive experience in contract management, negotiation, oversight, and planning. Under his leadership, Endeavors Unlimited has been named as a Leading Disability Employer by the National Organization on Disability the past 4 years, and was also the 2021 recipient of the Governor’s Committee on People with Disabilities’ Lex Frieden Employment Award.
