James Bower

James serves in a hybrid position as the Business Development Manager and Regional Manager for Endeavors Unlimited. He manages operational responsibilities for his region and is responsible for identifying new growth opportunities for Endeavors Unlimited programs, including job supportive services, direct employment, and hiring adults that have a medically diagnosed disability. James collaborates with Endeavors Unlimited leadership to create strategies for growth, and continuously works towards developing new business relationships with key stakeholders.  

With almost 30 years prior experience, his background consists of owning and operating a successful commercial landscape and maintenance company. He built this company from the ground up and grew it into a multi-million-dollar company, which operated in multiple locations across numerous state lines. He is a certified Master Technician from the Ohio Green Industry Association, and received a certificate of Paralegal Studies from ITT Tech.  

In his free time, James enjoys bass fishing, and has dreams of becoming a Professional Bass Angler on tour full time, in the future. He is a strong advocate for Endeavors Unlimited, and has a passion for serving vulnerable populations and individuals with disabilities, and continuously seeks out opportunities to strengthen the program.
