Kwasi Asamoah
Kwasi Asamoah is an Intake Coordinator for The Steven A. Cohen Military Family Clinic at Endeavors, Killeen. His role is to provide information about the Cohen Clinic at Endeavors to those interested in services and conduct initial screening, intake, and biopsychosocial assessment for all active duty service embers, veterans, and military families to ensure timely access to care.
Kwasi is a U.S. Navy veteran. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in political science and psychology from University of Ghana and a master’s degree in executive leadership from Liberty University. Driven by a desire to make a difference in the lives of others, Kwasi decided to pursue a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling at University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. Kwasi has a passion for the veteran population. This passion led him to an internship at a VA hospital, where he provided invaluable support to veterans struggling with mental health challenges. He is also working toward his professional counseling license. He is a member of the American Counseling Association.
Kwasi loves to spend time with his family outside of work, read Christian literatures, and volunteer at his local church serving as a Sunday school teacher.
